Waiver Download - All Players
For insurance, safety, and liability purposes, all players must download, print, complete, and sign the official Terranova Sports Group Participant Waiver before arriving at the event.
Failure to provide a completed and signed waiver will result in the participant being ineligible to play until the waiver has been received and verified. No exceptions will be made.
Terranova Sports Group does not provide printed waiver copies onsite. Players are responsible for downloading, printing, and completing the waiver before attending.
To avoid delays and ensure a smooth check in process, please arrive with your completed waiver ready for submission.
